Cachaça da Quinta is produced at Fazenda da Quinta, in the municipality of Carmo, in the mountainous region of the state of Rio de Janeiro, in a valley near the Paraíba do Sul River, at an altitude of 220 meters.
With a clear, dense white color, this white cachaça has a fine, intense, and persistent aroma reminiscent of sugarcane juice with fruity notes.
Light, balanced, supple, fine, intense, and long on the palate. The finish is fruity and harmonious overall.
In 2013, to celebrate its 90th anniversary, Cachaça da Quinta participated for the first time in an international competition, organized by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Its "branca" version won the highest award, becoming the first Brazilian spirit to receive the Grand Gold Medal from the Spirits Selection, competing among hundreds of spirits from around the world, including whiskies, vodkas, cognacs, armagnacs, tequilas, and piscos.
Cachaça da Quinta was awarded the distinction of Best Cachaça of 2022 by the Cupula da Cachaça in Brazil.
Bronze Medal in 2025 at the Rhum Fest Awards in Paris.
