Ingredients for 2 people
90 ml of El Recuerdo Young Mezcal
1 small untreated grapefruit (better if organic or sustainably grown)
2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation
Slice the grapefruit into slices widthwise.
Set one slice aside.
For the "no bitterness" version, remove the white part of each slice.
Cut the grapefruit slices into small wedges and arrange them in the glasses.
Add the sugar, then muddle the grapefruit and sugar well to combine.
Add the ice cubes to the glasses, then pour in the mezcal.
Stir well.
Cut the remaining slice into small wedges.
Garnish each glass with two grapefruit wedges and larva salt.
