Caïpicrim, cachaça cocktail, mango and rosemary

The name of this caipirinha comes from the Portuguese word "alecrim," which means "rosemary." It flavors this cocktail and pairs perfectly with the mango and cachaça.

Ingredients:

1 slice of mango, cut into cubes

2 tablespoons of cane sugar

Fresh rosemary leaf

50 ml of Cachaça da Quinta Blanche

Preparation:

Put the mango, sugar, and rosemary in a tall glass and muddle.

Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the cachaça.
