Ingredients for 4 people
6 juniper berries
8 white peppercorns
2 cloves
4 fennel seeds
50 cl water
50 g sugar
10 cl young El Recuerdo 100% Espadin mescal with gusano
5 cl vermouth or white martini
5 cl Campari
Organic oranges
Organic orange peel and lemon zest
Preparation
Crush the juniper berries, white peppercorns, cloves, and fennel seeds.
Make a syrup by bringing 50 cl water and 50 g sugar to a boil.
Add the spices, remove from heat, and let cool, covered.
When cold, strain the syrup and add 10 cl mezcal, 10 cl vermouth, 10 cl Campari, and the segments and peel. organic orange juice and ice cubes
